Who we are
LaunchForge is operated by Jurvia Technologies, LLC ("we", "us"). Using the site means you agree to these terms.
The service
LaunchForge generates marketing content using AI and explains the reasoning behind it. Access is sold in credit-based plans, plus optional one-time credit top-ups.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate details and let us know if you think someone else has access.
Credits and billing
Credits refresh at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. You can cancel anytime and you keep your plan and credits through the period you have already paid for. Prices are in US dollars and payments are handled by our payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use LaunchForge to create unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, to impersonate anyone, or to resell raw output as a competing content-generation service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Your content and our output
You own what you type in and what you generate, and you may use it commercially. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for verifying claims, statistics and legal compliance before you publish anything.
Our content
The site design, code, brand and written material on LaunchForge belong to us. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of marketing results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email, and the effective date above will change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
